If you have a receiver, get a proper recovery point for $40
Posted: Fri Jul 11, 2014 9:53 amWrangler owners have a tow hook, but it does bend. There is no excuse for showing up on the trail without a proper recovery point if you have a receiver. So to all you cheapskates, please stop threading a strap eye into the receiver and using just a pin. It's safer, faster, and your strap will last longer from not getting frayed at the eye when you use a proper recovery point.
